I prefer to use digital medium over traditional when it comes to illustration for not only the time saving (ctrl+z, I love you) but also for the money saving abilities. I never have to worry about destroying that nice piece of paper I paid $5 for.

I do like to have the most natural feel possible when drawing digitally and I find Painter lets me achieve the quality I would normally get through traditional means.

I've been asked in the past how I choose my colors. The answer is simple - color theory. I use pre-designed palettes, color wheel coordination, and paint samples to determine my color ideas.

I find inspiration in every day life, music, and friends. Being surrounded by people and new ideas is the best way to get the creative juices flowing.
